Healthy Eating Plan
This plan is ideal for those looking to simply eat healthy during the week and stay on track.
You may not have any specific health/fitness goals but lack time to cook a healthy lunch or dinner.
This option consists of 10 meals (5 lunches & 5 dinners).
We have added a sufficient amount of protein, carbs and fat to each meal to help aid a healthy balanced diet. The perfect meal plan solution to help keep you fuelled Monday-Friday.
All ingredients are sourced locally from our suppliers including our high quality Irish meat, low GI carbohydrates and fresh vegetables.

Customise your own 5 day plan by choosing from our range of healthy, fresh, high protein meals. Snacks can be added at an additional cost.
If you choose to order the monthly plan, you can change the meals chosen for every week after the first order. Simply just email us your requirements to email@example.com.
*Ensure your new orders are emailed over by Mon 8pm or Thur 4pm each week (Whichever day your order was originally placed closest to)
